（１）ＥＳＤ特性
温度や湿度などの環境依存性が無く、安定して優れた帯電防止特性を有するだけでなく、デバイス等が接触した際の過度電流の発生がなく、高度のＥＳＤ対策が可能です。

（２）パーティクル
導電性フィラーの脱落に起因するパーティクルの発生（発塵）が極めて少なく、従来のカーボンファイバー複合樹脂に比較して約１／５０、カーボンブラック複合樹脂に比較して１／５００の発生量に低減出来ます。

（３）イオン、ガス
カーボンナノチューブをはじめとし、素原料の純度を極限まで高めておりますので、材料に由来するイオン、ガスなどのコンタミネーションは本質的にありません。
さらに、当社では、本製品専用の、洗浄から再成形までのサーマルリサイクルシステムを構築しており、お客様の不要製品の回収をさせていただく事が可能です。HIPERSITE（ハイパーサイト）Ｗ-２０００の他に、耐薬品性グレード、耐熱グレード、高強度グレードを取り揃えており、幅広いニーズにお答えします。 (1)ESD characteristics
There is no environmental dependence such as temperature and humidity, and it has stable and excellent antistatic properties. There is no occurrence of excessive current when the device comes in contact, and advanced ESD protection is possible.

(2)Particle
There is very little generation of particles (dust generation) due to the falling off of the conductive filler, and it is reduced to about 1/50 compared to conventional carbon fiber composite resin and 1/500 compared to carbon black composite resin.

(3)Ion, gas
Since the purity of the raw materials is raised to the limit, there is essentially no contamination of ions, gases, etc. derived from the materials.

複写機、プリンターの画像品質に影響する感光体用駆動歯車、転写ドラム駆動歯車における高精度化の達成(ＪＧＭＡ０級)

・高強度歯車
歯車で良く使用されるポリアセタール樹脂では強度不足が懸念される樹脂歯車や焼結金属歯車の代替として使用

・耐熱歯車
複写機やプリンターの定着ユニット（200℃の雰囲気）の中で使用される歯車 ·High precision gear
